Complete A-Level Ski Filming and Editing Package: 459frs

Our A-Level ski filming service is a fully managed filming and editing package, tailored to the specific A-Level PE exam board you are working towards, including AQA, OCR and Edexcel (Pearson).

Every filming day is structured to ensure your skiing performance is clearly demonstrated, accurately recorded, and ready for NEA moderation.

If you are aiming for top grades, you will want confidence that your skiing performance meets the required standard across both areas of assessment. Our structured filming days help you present your skiing at its very best.

What’s Included

Pre Filming Consultation

Before you arrive on snow, we confirm your exam board, whether you are being assessed as a player/performer or coach, the required race format (such as slalom, giant slalom, or freestyle disciplines like moguls, ski-cross, park and pipe), and the terrain needed. A-Level criteria call for performance on red and black runs, so we plan accordingly to make the most of your time on snow.

Private A-Level Filming Session

All A-Level filming sessions are fully private, with only you participating. This allows complete focus on your performance, consistent filming angles, and clear, uninterrupted runs in full competitive conditions.

On Snow A-Level Filming

You will complete an extended on-snow filming session covering both areas of assessment — typically two competitive races or runs (Race 1 and Race 2), plus footage demonstrating tactics, decision-making, and adaptation to terrain and conditions. Core and advanced skills are filmed on appropriate red and black runs, with multiple camera angles and zoom footage used to clearly capture technique across the full length of each run, as recommended by exam boards.

Professional A-Level Video Editing

Your footage is professionally edited into a single, clear, submission-ready A-Level PE skiing video, with the focus on your skiing and a consistent record across runs.

All Raw Footage Included

All raw video files are included, allowing you to review your performance, share footage with teachers, and keep a personal record for moderation purposes.

Meet your instructor - Max

You'll be coached and filmed by Max, a highly experienced ski instructor who has filmed countless A-Level skiing NEAs and knows precisely what each exam board's moderators want to see.

Why Choose SnowPros for GCSE Ski Filming

GCSE Ski Filming Specialists

We have done our research on GCSE PE ski filming by talking to examiners and teachers, and by drawing on our years of experience coaching, filming, and assessing skiing performance, we understand the requirements for your submission to all major exam boards.

We Film What Examiners Want to See

Our filming is built around clarity. Clean, continuous runs that show technique, control, and decision making, without distractions or unnecessary edits.

Local Knowledge That Really Counts

We know our resorts inside out. We choose slopes with fast lift access to maximise time on snow, quieter runs outside peak periods, and the right gradients and light to make filming smooth and efficient.

Exceptional Filming Locations

Much of our GCSE ski filming takes place in Les Crosets, part of the Portes du Soleil. It offers fast modern lifts, reliable snow, and easy access from Geneva Airport, making it an ideal location for GCSE ski assessment filming.

More Than Just Filming

Our local knowledge goes beyond the slopes. We can advise on where to stay, how to travel, and how to plan your trip so everything runs smoothly from arrival to filming day.

Our A-Level ski filming days are suitable for students following:

We understand how skiing performance is assessed across different exam boards — including the differences between AQA/Edexcel's Race 1, Race 2 and Tactics & Strategies structure, and OCR's core skills, advanced skills and decision-making criteria — and structure filming accordingly, without exaggeration or over-claiming.
